Your account and company workspace

Google sign-in provides your account identifier, name and verified email so we can identify you and your authorized workspaces. Ordinary sign-in does not give permission to send email or read your inbox. We do not ask for your Google password.

We store information your company enters, including team memberships, loads, broker contacts, equipment, applications, documents, enabled compliance records and support conversations. Each company has its own records and access settings. A company owner controls access within that company; driver access is limited to the work and records permitted for that driver.

Platform administration and support

Authorized TRKHub administrators manage company activation, enabled services, team access, support requests and platform activity. Administrative status does not automatically grant access to private company operational files. A support request shares the text and attachments you submit with authorized support staff. Internal support notes are not shown to the company.

Carrier applications

An application submitted through a carrier’s link belongs to that carrier and is reviewed by its authorized team. Your application account and saved progress can be used across devices. A carrier, including Logistics 25 Transport LLC, uses its own records to review applicants and discuss work; it does not receive another carrier’s applications.

Optional company email

A company owner may separately authorize a company mailbox for enabled sending features. Google requests permission to identify the mailbox and send email. The connected address must match the company sending address accepted by the service. We use it only for the company email features the owner enables.

When a delivery is finalized for sending, selected delivery files and load details are shared with the saved broker recipient. Sending records include the sender, recipient, attachment references, attempts and provider confirmation. Provider acceptance does not confirm that the recipient read the message. Mailbox tokens are encrypted on the server and excluded from ordinary exports. Disconnecting the mailbox stops new use of that connection; it does not recall sent messages or erase their operational history.

Storage and service providers

Our hosting, storage, sign-in, maps and authorized email providers process the information needed to provide these features. Google account data is not sold or used for advertising. Secure session cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out ends the session but does not delete your saved records. Private continuation links expire after 30 days; linking an application to your Google account revokes its old link. Operational backups may be retained for up to 30 days.

Driver location and maps

During an assigned trip, drivers can choose to share their device location with authorized company staff. We store the latest coordinates, accuracy and report time. Drivers can stop sharing. Browser or phone restrictions may interrupt updates. OpenStreetMap receives ordinary map requests and browser network information under its privacy policy; driver names and load records are not included in map tile parameters.

Your choices

Contact your company owner about company records or use Contact Us for account access, privacy, correction or deletion requests. Requests are reviewed alongside applicable record-retention obligations. Revoking Google access does not itself delete records already stored in the service.
