Using TRKHub Dispatch

The service

TRKHub Dispatch provides carrier workspaces for dispatch operations, team access, company records and enabled back-office services. Service availability follows the company’s activation and access settings. Registering an account does not authorize access to another company or to platform administration.

Your company and team

Use your own account and provide accurate information. Company owners are responsible for assigning appropriate access and maintaining the accuracy of their company’s records. Keep sign-in details and private application links secure. Do not attempt to access another company’s records, impersonate another person or disrupt the service.

Loads, applications and communications

Each carrier is responsible for its transportation commitments, hiring decisions and communications. An application does not guarantee employment or a load assignment. TRKHub Dispatch branding identifies the software; load documents and authorized company email identify the carrier responsible for the work. Connecting a mailbox is a separate authorization from signing in.

Compliance and filing

Records, reminders and calculations help organize your work. Your company remains responsible for reviewing source documents, requirements and deadlines. The IFTA calculator and report preparation service provides figures and downloadable reports without accessing government accounts or submitting returns. Your company reviews the results, enters them on the official IFTA website, and completes filing and any required payment. Managed IFTA is a separate service whose company access is configured by the platform owner. Enabling IFTA or another service does not by itself authorize a filing or payment. Any submission, payment or external service fee requires the applicable company owner’s separate approval. TRKHub is not affiliated with the FMCSA, IRS or a state agency.

Access and support

A company’s service access may be pending, active, suspended or archived. Suspending a company blocks its members from its workspace. For account and service questions, use Contact Us. Our privacy notice explains how information is handled.
