What to write

Write to get on the Android build, to ask whether TRKHub fits the way you run, or to report something that is wrong. Tell us how many power units, interstate or intrastate, for-hire or private, and what has bitten you before. We would rather hear that you run six trucks intrastate in Texas than hear nothing.

If a date looks wrong, name the item — the medical card, the 2290, the MCS-150 — and the date you believe is correct. With a bug, your Android version and what you expected to see instead.

Write in English, Arabic, Spanish, Russian or Persian. The app reads all five and so do we.

What we can and cannot do

Questions carriers ask first

Does TRKHub file anything for me?

No. It remembers, organizes and warns. Every filing — the MCS-150 update, UCR, Form 2290, an IRP renewal — you still make yourself, with the agency. The app tells you what each one is, how to do it and where.

Where is my data?

On your phone. There is no account, no sign-in and no copy with us. The only thing TRKHub sends out on its own is a USDOT number you typed, to the public federal register, to fill in your company details for you. See the Privacy Policy.

How does it know when my MCS-150 is due?

From your USDOT number and the federal record. Federal rule sets the month by the number's last digit and the year by whether the next-to-last digit is odd or even, so the schedule can be computed rather than guessed — which is why the app can fill it in the moment you type the number. It then checks that schedule against the last MCS-150 the public census shows you filed: if your designated month went by without one, TRKHub shows you the date you missed rather than the next one. Check it against your own record, and remember that the biennial date is not the only one: an MCS-150 is also due whenever your company information changes, and the app cannot know that for you.

Why do my reminders skip weekends?

Because a reminder you cannot act on is not a reminder. TRKHub counts working days: ten down to the deadline and five after it. It counts Monday to Friday; federal and state holidays are not counted yet, so a count can still include a day the office is closed. An email ladder at 15, 8 and 2 working days is planned and is not connected — this release sends no email at all, and the app says so on the screen.

I only run inside my state. Why is my list shorter?

Because it should be. Operating authority exists for carriers who haul other people's freight for money, and UCR for carriers in interstate commerce. Apportioned IRP plates and an IFTA license are for running in two or more jurisdictions — which is usually, but not always, the same carriers: a drayage carrier hauling import freight inside one state is in interstate commerce and still plates and fuels at home. Answer the questions in Company setup, then check those two against how you actually run.

How do I send my paperwork to a dispatcher?

More → Help Center → Send documents. Tick what goes, then send or print. It builds one PDF with an index and a page per document, then opens your phone’s own email app with everything attached — you type the address and press send. Share and print are there too.

How do I delete everything?

More → Start over clears the records, the scans and the settings on that phone, and it cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app removes the same storage with it. There is no account to close and nothing held by us to ask us to delete — when it is gone from the phone, it is gone.

What does it cost?

Nothing while it is in testing. There is no price in the app, no subscription and nothing to enter. If a price is ever introduced, it will be said in the app and on this site before it applies to anybody.
