1. What TRKHub is

TRKHub is a mobile application that records the compliance obligations of a motor carrier, keeps the dates attached to them, stores the documents you attach, and reminds you before those dates pass. It is an organizational tool.

This first release is in testing and local to your phone: there is no account, no sign-in and no copy of your records with us. It covers the obligations listed in the app, which are the common ones for a small US carrier — not every obligation that could ever apply to your operation. Anything your state, your commodity or your customers add is yours to add and yours to track.

2. What TRKHub is not

• It is not a filing service. It never submits an MCS-150, a UCR registration, a Form 2290, an IRP application or anything else to any agency for you.
• It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the US Department of Transportation, the Internal Revenue Service, or any state agency.
• It does not give legal, tax or regulatory advice, and the explanations it shows are general information, not advice about your particular operation.
• Its readiness indicator is built from what you entered. It is not a CSA score, not a safety rating, and not any official measure.

3. Accuracy, and where the limits are

Regulations change, and they vary by state, by weight, by commodity and by how you operate. We take care that what TRKHub says is correct at the time it is written, and we tell you where a rule varies rather than inventing a single answer. Even so, the official source is the authority — always confirm with FMCSA, the IRS, or your base state before you act. Carrier details shown by the USDOT lookup come from a public federal dataset that we do not control and cannot correct.

Where the app counts in working days, it counts Monday to Friday and skips weekends. Federal and state holidays are not counted yet, so a count can include a day the office you need is closed. Treat the number as working days on the calendar, not as a promise that somebody is at the desk.

4. Your data and your responsibility

Your records live on your device, and in this release nowhere else: there is no account and no copy with us, so there is nothing for us to restore. Keeping the phone is your responsibility. Losing, resetting or replacing it without an export loses the data with it — the app can produce a PDF of your documents at any time, and we recommend keeping one. 5. What it costs while it is in testing

TRKHub is free while it is in testing. There is no price in the app, no subscription, no billing and nothing to enter — we are not able to charge you and are not asking you to pay. If that ever changes, the price and what it covers will be stated in the app and on this site before it applies to anybody, and nothing will be charged without you agreeing to it first. Where a subscription is one day bought through an app store, that store's cancellation and refund rules will govern it and you will manage it there.

6. Acceptable use

Use TRKHub for your own carrier operations. Do not attempt to break into it, resell it as your own product, or use it to store anything unlawful. We may end access that does any of these.

7. No warranty

TRKHub is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a reminder will always be delivered — a reminder depends on your phone's own scheduler, its power settings and its permissions, all of which are outside our control. A reminder that does not arrive does not move your deadline.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRKHub is not liable for any fine, penalty, revocation, out-of-service order, lost load, lost revenue, or other loss arising from a missed deadline, an incorrect date, or any use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for TRKHub in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use TRKHub after a change means you accept it.
